SSL All The Things! Windows / IIS

Work in progress. Just a list of recommended stuff that has been compiled. Still busy trying to make this 100/100/95/100 (A+) however I am missing functionality within windows at that point in time. Will update with my findings. Run this in Powershell to Disable SSLv3.0 / Poodle and the considered weak ciphers. I do however enable TLS 1.0 with this which you might not want to do.
